1. Who we are

Quiet Love Notes ("we", "us") is a small independent creative project operated by the account holder of the TikTok account @quiet_love_notes. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

This website itself does not collect personal data from visitors.

We operate a private internal tool that connects to TikTok using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. When the account holder signs in to that tool, TikTok returns:

• An open_id (TikTok's anonymised user identifier)
• The display name and avatar of the connected TikTok account
• An access token used to upload videos on behalf of the account
• Metadata about videos we upload (title, caption, privacy setting)

We do not request or store followers, viewer data, private messages, or personal data of any other TikTok user.

3. How we use it

TikTok credentials are used only for the single purpose of publishing videos from the connected account to that same account. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or profiling.

4. Storage and retention

Access tokens are stored encrypted in our backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) and are retained only as long as needed to keep the connection working. Tokens are deleted on disconnection or on request.

5. Third parties

The tool relies on TikTok's APIs (subject to TikTok's own privacy policy) and on Lovable Cloud / Supabase for hosting and storage. No other third parties receive TikTok data from us.

6. Your rights & deletion requests

To request deletion of any data associated with the connected TikTok account, email hello@quietlovenotes.app. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
